White acrylic paint on cotton canvas woven in alternating white and orange vertical stripes, each 8.7 cm (± 0.3 cm) wide.

Description
The two white stripes at each end are covered over with white paint on the front side..
The work is part of a inseparable collective work of 18 paintings dating from July 1966 to December 1981, intitled "Fragmente einer Rede uber die Kunst", put together in 1979 by the Galeriste Konrad Fischer of Düsseldorf, completed by the latter in 1981 and acquired in 1982 by the Stedelijk Van Abbemuseum, Eindhoven.
