White acrylic paint on cotton canvas woven in alternating white and black vertical stripes, each 8.7 cm (± 0.3 cm) wide.

Description
The two white stripes at each end are covered over with white paint on the front side.
Work is part of an inseparable collection of 18 paintings, dating from July 1966 to December 1981, titled "Fragmente einer Rede Uber die Kunst", constituted in 1979 by the gallery owner Konrad Fischer of Düsseldorf, completed by the latter in 1981 and acquired in 1982 by the Van Abbemuseum, Eindhoven.
