An exhibition whose goal was to offer the citizens of the city artistic creations to be experienced outside of the traditional venues reserved for art - such as galleries or museums.
With no attribution, a covering up of a large billboard in the city with yellow and white striped paper and, in conjunction with this, display of a sample of the work, scaled to actual size, in the same colors, with no attribution or explanation, in the weekly regional publication Wochenspiegel, no. 28, July 9, 1970.
